Manufactured by Intas Pharmaceuticals, it is part of a class of hormonal therapies designed to suppress cancer cell stimulation from androgens.

  1. Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)
  2. Non-metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (nmCRPC)
  3. Metastatic Castration-Sensitive Prostate Cancer (mCSPC)
  4. Hormonal therapy in advanced prostate cancer

  2. Keep away from moisture and direct light

How it Works (Mechanism of Action):
Enzalutamide blocks the androgen receptor (AR) signaling pathway. Androgens like testosterone fuel the growth of prostate cancer cells. Enzamide inhibits:
  1. Binding of androgens to AR
  2. AR nuclear translocation
  3. AR-mediated DNA transcription
This results in reduced cancer cell proliferation and tumor progression.
