How it Works (Mechanism of Action):
Enzalutamide works by blocking the androgen receptor, which prevents male hormones like testosterone from binding and activating it. This results in:
  1. Inhibition of androgen receptor nuclear translocation
  2. Prevention of DNA binding
  3. Suppression of cancer cell growth and survival
It targets multiple points in the androgen signaling pathway, making it highly effective in treating hormone-driven prostate cancer.
